In Perspective – New Jewellery Exhibition October 2008

Leaf and flower forms have been delicately pierced from softly textured sterling silver and make a striking contrast against the luminous indigo blue titanium backdrop. Four lovely new works from Deanna Gracie’s “Rebirth” series explore the beauty of Spring, the freshness of new beginnings and how the simple things found in nature can keep life “In Perspective”. “Bird song, spring rain, the perfect shape of a ginkgo leaf – these experiences fill my soul to overflowing as I make my way to the studio to start the next piece”.
